What kind of records do you make?

We specialize in custom lathe-cut and embossed records, made one at a time using precision stereo heads. Each record is crafted in-house in London, Ontario for musicians, labels, and collectors looking for small-batch production with high fidelity.

What’s the difference between lathe-cut and embossed vinyl?

Lathe-cut records are cut with a diamond stylus for near-pressing quality sound — about 95% of a traditionally pressed record. Embossed records use a rounded stylus to form grooves instead of cutting them, resulting in a slightly lower-fidelity but warm, vintage-sounding playback that’s perfect for short runs or artistic projects.

How long can my record be?

Approximate play times per side:

• 7" at 45 RPM: 3–4 minutes

• 7" at 33 RPM: 5–6 minutes

• 10" at 33 RPM: 9–10 minutes

• 12" at 33 RPM: 12–14 minutes
  Keep your mixes dynamic and avoid heavy limiting — clean, well-balanced audio gives the best results.

What file format should I upload?

Send your audio as WAV or AIFF, 24-bit preferred. Avoid MP3s. Make sure the track is fully mastered and ready for vinyl — we don’t alter your audio unless requested.

Do you offer test cuts?

Yes. We can provide a single test cut before your full run to confirm levels and tonal balance. This is optional but recommended for first-time clients or new mixes.

Can you cut stereo?

Absolutely. All our systems use true stereo cutter heads, giving you a wide and balanced soundstage. Embossed options are also stereo but with slightly reduced clarity.

What blanks do you use?

We cut on polycarbonate and cast acrylic blanks in clear, black, or custom finishes. Each blank is inspected and polished for smooth playback and consistent groove depth.

What’s the turnaround time?

Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks from approved artwork and audio. Rush orders may be available depending on current workload.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide with secure packaging. Local pickup is available in London, Ontario.

Can you help with label or sleeve design?

Yes. You can download label templates directly from our Labels page. We also collaborate with designers and can recommend trusted print partners for sleeves, jackets, and inserts.

Do you offer bulk or reseller pricing?
